Psychology in the Pub: Ten Tips for Coping with COVID-19 Fatigue

2021 was meant to be the year things were back to normal… yet we are a few months into what was meant to be a magical year, and things are still very much the same. COVID-19 is a part of every news bulletin, social distancing stickers can be seen at every store, and sanitiser has become as essential as H20. This presentation is about how to adapt to what is our new normal with your sanity intact. We will be providing ten tips to cope with COVID-19 fatigue, with plenty of opportunity for questions. It is our hope that these tips will serve you well in handling the ongoing stress and mental health challenges associated with life in a painfully persistent pandemic. This talk is the first in a series of “Psychology in the Pub” presentations, where psychologists will present on a range of interesting and engaging topics related to mental health and psychological issues. Emma and Jess look forward to welcoming you to a fun and relaxing afternoon of learning.
